Job Summary:
We are looking for four talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging graphics and video content that effectively communicates our brand message. These roles will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across various media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various media including products, websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance video content and ensure it aligns with the brand’s visual style and messaging.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, and marketing professionals to understand project requirements and deliver effective design and video solutions.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing designs and videos.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), also Canva, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce high-quality designs and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and output.
- Work closely with copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Present design and video concepts and drafts for feedback and make revisions as needed.
- Ensure final graphics and videos are visually appealing and on-brand.
Additional Duties:
Assist in the development and execution of visual content for product launches.
Qualifications:
Minimum graduation from any discipline.
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and special effects.
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
- Familiarity with animation techniques and software.
