As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Executive – Intern to assist in driving sales and digital marketing efforts. Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing & Sales Executive – Intern will play an integral role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role provides practical exposure to both sales and digital marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Assist in generating leads through cold outreach and social media.
- Collaborate on new strategies for lead generation.
Digital Marketing:
- Support in executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and SEO.
- Help develop content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Support team efforts on LinkedIn and other media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Sales Support & Client Support
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by SOFTEKO.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Assist with email communication, documentation, and preparing client proposals.
- Craft business profiles and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Suggest upgrades or additional products/services that may be of interest to clients.
- Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, team activities, and company events.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales and marketing efforts.
- Remain in tune with marketing trends to ensure our offerings stay relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good academic results or highly skilled in English communication.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills. Self-motivated and highly proactive.
- Ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of the IT/Software/Tech industry would be an added advantage.
